There was lots of great meals. We liked well laid out room with all amenities and helpful and excellent staff. The hotel had a magnificent location close to Yoganji Temple.

Thank you for providing me with a fine stay. Location is favourable and marvellous, in the quiet area. And it's so close to shinagawa station, clean and friendly staff, Very close to subway about 2 minutes walk, and restaurants and shopping.

The decoration of the hotel was charming and cozy, with a touch of traditional Japanese elements. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with spacious hallways and easy-to-navigate facilities that made it convenient for me to move around with my walking aid.

I would have liked to see more assistance from the children working there, especially in terms of helping me with my luggage.

it was clean, the staff was exceptionally nice, plus the service was good. the location seemed good in a quiet neighbourhood. and i appreciated that it was near jr shinagawa and keisei rail stations.

The location was absolutely perfect, close to a historic garden. There was a small restaurant, a mini market and convenience stores next door.

Convenient location, just a short walk from Kita-Shinagawa station. The hotel rooms are well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful and the price was great for Tokyo. I would recommend Flexstay Inn Shinagawa.

My room included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and a refrigerator.

The hotel's position was marvellous and fantastic, near to within a short walking distance of a major train staion and Tokyo. You can find Izakaya Nakayoshi a short walk to the property to a have lunch.

The location was hard to find, it's a pitty.

Convenient location near Kita-Shinagawa Station, ideal for airport access. Well-equipped rooms, including a kitchenette and universal charger. Helpful staff despite limited English proficiency. Excellent value for money, better than more expensive options. Close to amenities like a Family Mart and only a short train ride to Shibuya.

I loved staying in this straightforwardnice budget hotel. The location was good and absolutely perfect - a few steps away from everywhere I wanted to go. A mini mart and convenience stores were right next door.

Great food selection. The room was well laid out and brand-new with closet space and 2 big bags and a good bathroom, excellent service. Location next to restaurants and travel options and the convenience stores. For tea or coffee visit Ggco nearby.

Great location near small train station, convenience stores, and post office. Helpful staff, vending machine, and laundry machines. Close to Shinagawa Station and ramen street. Comfortable room with ample outlets.

The location is marvellous and incredible, 2 miles from a botanical garden. It's in a nice building in the nice area.

The nearby Aqua Park Shinagawa Aquarium was just amazing, I felt like a kid again surrounded by colorful lights and sea creatures. And the location of the hotel was great, I could easily explore the city and enjoy a peaceful walk by the river.

Oh, and let's not forget the lovely noise from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. It's just the perfect lullaby to wake up to in the morning.
